Great Thinker's Challenge:

Explore the ways we can use our imagination, for better or for worse. Practice creative problem solving, and follow the connections between actions and consequences.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify and manage emotions by considering how different possible outcomes of a situation might make someone feel. (Social-Emotional Learning)

  • Make connections between ideas by using sequencing language such as first, next, because, therefore, as a result, and finally. (Literacy)

  • Use role-play and imagination to explore different possible responses to a situation. (Drama)

Materials/Preparation:

  • And Then... book

  • Imaging This, Imagine That worksheet

  • 3 large paper circles or hula hoops
