Above all else, help your child to understand that logic and reason are not only useful tools, but they’re part of what make us human. Through them, problems are solved, relationships are built, and new things discovered and created!

More than ever, we think it’s important to introduce little thinkers to the types of big questions that philosophy encourages. There are few more effective tools for a kid to have than critical thinking skills, and an awareness of self and others.

We also think it’s more important than ever to make it easy for big thinkers like teachers, parents, and community leaders to have effective (and fun) resources at their fingertips.

Embracing your own inner philosopher, and encouraging your child to grow as a thinker, is likely to be a fun experience that will build a bond of trust between you.
